I wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you for all you did to make our wedding perfect... Everything your hands touched turned out stunningly well...from the engagements photos capturing our pre-wedding glow, to the beautiful bridal portrait, to the wonderful pictures of the big day itself... Someday when the pitter-patter of little feet arrive we plan to introduce them to you and let you work your magic!

Historical Sketch

The Studio,  established in the spring of 1990, was an unlikely culmination of creative forces in Gene's life.  The first "creative" force was his total burnout in a career involving social services and endless committees.  Turning to the refuge of photographing the rural scenes, flowers, and views along the banks of the James River,   fresh spirit and a new direction was born.  Seeking more depth into this vision,  Gene collaborated with photographers and studios in Williamsburg until he became focused on his own direction:  to provide clients with professional results in an atmosphere of friendly and creative diversion.

Creative Worth Studio continues to grow in recognition among clients who not only enjoyed the results but themselves along the way.  Gene enjoys the work of giving a person,  a family, a bride and groom,  images that reflect the glow they have within them and share among themselves.  These images become the markers of what's best in our lives.
